There will be plenty of smiles, lots of hugs and much enthusiasm when dozens of women gather at the Hilton Harrisburg Tuesday morning for the 2013 Breast Cancer Coalition Conference. But at the core of the good mood is a serious and important subject.
This conference is about raising awareness of breast cancer while supporting women facing the disease and those around them from their friends and family to the doctors, nurses and medical staff who work with them.
It’s a chance to learn about cutting edge research and the latest developments in breast cancer detection, care and treatment. Attendees can connect with nurses, medical professionals, advocates and breast cancer survivors. There will be education workshops and opportunities to learn more about breast cancer advocacy issues.
ella health will be there too with information about what we do to make it easier and more comfortable for women to get a breast cancer screening exam. Learn more about our inviting facility and 3D mammograms, shown to be more accurate.
