Ella Health has opened a new center in Langhorne, PA, bringing our innovative care to women in Bucks County. As with all of our centers, this one features 3D imaging provided by a friendly staff in a setting that is more like a spa than a clinic.
The 3D mammography system has been shown to increase the likelihood of detecting cancer while reducing unnecessary call backs. Ella Health is the first center in Bucks County to offer the breakthrough technology.
“We are excited to be able to offer this incredible screening exam to women in the Langhorne area,” said Ella Health Chief Executive Melissa Dyrdahl. “It’s important to provide women with the highest level of care and 3D mammograms not only make it more likely that we will find cancer earlier, they also make it less likely that women will be called back for unnecessary testing.”
The new center is located in the same building as The Center for Women’s Health at 540 North Woodbourne Road, Langhorne, near the Oxford Valley Mall.
“We are pleased to welcome Ella Health to the area,” said Robert Berk, M.D. of The Center for Women’s Health. “This ensures that patients will be able to get the most advanced mammograms in a setting that is designed around their needs and focused on providing them with great care.”
